Our services for a good night’s sleep
Sometimes you need an extra or two to help you get to sleep. What you need depends on the individual, but we can definitely help with some things:
- Do you need another cover?
- Perhaps you need another pillow, or a different one?
- Or how about a good night story?
Ask our team in reception. Additional pillows and covers are available, and we will be glad to loan you one of our mp3 players with a small selection of (German and English) talking books!
Room categories and furnishings
We have three different room categories:
- Comfort rooms (with the comfort caratbed)
- Business rooms (rooms on the southern side of the hotel with the comfort caratbed, air conditioning and a newspaper delivered to your room)
- Superior rooms (spacious corner rooms with a superior caratbed, partly with air conditioning, sofa, large television, some with a safe, some with a marble bathroom, extra bathroom accessories, larger beds, 0.5 l mineral water, newspaper, view of the Rhine)
The hotel is ideally suited to families; for example we offer three-bed rooms.
It is also suitable for wheelchair users and a disability-friendly room is available.
All rooms come complete with the following:
