A small selection:
- coffee specialities: latte macchiato, cappuccino, espresso, café latte etc.

- freshly squeezed fruit juices, mineral water and Prosecco
- a variety of breads and bread rolls, selected organic produce

Breakfast times: Our breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Saturday from 6 until 10:30 am in the restaurant. On Sundays and public holidays breakfast is served until 11 am.
For late risers we offer from 10:30 until 12:00 am a mini breakfast buffet at our bar.
And if you need to leave earlier, we will be pleased to serve you with an "early bird breakfast" or prepare you a packed lunch on request. Just ask!
Food intolerances and travel - no problem!
The carathotel Basel / Weil am Rhein already offers some products for allergy sufferers in its standard range. Please speak to our serving staff about them!
Gluten-free products for the gluten intolerant and celiac disease sufferers:

Lactose-free products for the lactose intolerant:

- Yoghurt
Of course there are also other food intolerances. We will be pleased to make individual arrangements if this is the case for you and supply just the right products – fresh.
